Report and Support Fourth Report - August 2023 to July 2024

At the University of St Andrews, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. Report + Support is a key part of that commitment—an online platform where staff, students, and members of our community can disclose concerns about unacceptable behaviour or wellbeing issues. Whether you’ve experienced or witnessed something, you can use the platform to share information anonymously or with your contact details, and access tailored support resources.

The latest report shows a significant increase in engagement, with 315 disclosures submitted—up 57.5% from the previous year. While most disclosures came from students, staff submissions remained steady, and a new anonymous messaging feature now allows those who prefer to remain unnamed to still receive support and guidance.

The platform has also expanded its resources and improved communication tools to better meet the needs of our diverse community. Staff are encouraged to use Report + Support not only to raise concerns but also to help shape a culture of trust, compassion, and accountability across the University.
