Module grades, awards and academic documents

The University prepares transcripts, status letters, degree certificates and Higher Education Achievement Reports for current students and graduates.

All module grades shown on student transcripts are calculated using the University's 20-point Common Reporting Scale.

Current students

Students currently enrolled in a course at the University can request a free electronic transcript or status letter.

If you are graduating in or after June 2025, you can access your official documents through St Andrews Academic Documents.
